Positive, Great breakfast and a convenient location. The transport service from the airport was affordable, made my arrival easy. My room was clean with a nice setup. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay.

The location made it easy to access local attractions.

My room was small and the shower drainage was sluggish. The bed linens were not fresh upon my arrival, less than pleasant. It was disappointing that when I brought this up, the staff's response was rather dismissive instead of helpful.

Besides the very central location, the room space and the cleanness, an elegant, discrete and warm atmosphere reigns in the hotel. a very good location to rest during a city or business trip!

The tv set is too small and badly positioned. One cannot read the text on the screen from that distance.

I was almost ready to give a glowing review, but then, the air conditioning was broken in room 601, and i had to lug my bags downstairs to get a new key. 10€ To check in early? What a trap! I really expected some special treatment for the inconvenience, but clearly that was too much to ask.

Location in the city of bucharest is great. The service of the hotel was very good. They tried to be flexible & treated me as an individual customer.
